Leadership & training

A culture of safety

We strive to create a safety culture at each of our projects, with safety and leadership training and the implementation of robust safety policies and procedures. Every day starts with a safety meeting, and we ensure that our team members have the knowledge, skills and equipment that they need to operate safely.

Our culture of shared responsibility encourages every team member to take responsibility for their own safety and the safety of their co-workers.

A culture of shared responsibility

Team members are empowered to speak up and voice their concerns, and then work together to find a safer way to carry out their tasks.
