To achieve this objective, Trek is advancing its Aurizona project to production, increasing production at its Koricancha Mill, and planning exploration programs for its earlier-stage properties. Upon completion of the merger to form Equinox Gold, Aurizona will be fully funded to achieve production. In addition, Sprott Lending has agreed to provide up to US$200 million to be used for future acquisitions and development and supporting the company's long-term growth plans.
